Our heart is simple: to bring people to the knowledge of the New Birth as the apostles preached it on the Day of Pentecost — Acts 2:38.
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
When the crowd at Pentecost was pierced to the heart and cried out, “What shall we do?”, the Apostle Peter did not give a vague answer. He gave a clear, complete plan of salvation — the same plan we are devoted to proclaiming today.
The New Birth is being born of water and of the Spirit (John 3:5). It is not merely a tradition or a feeling; it is the very experience the early church received and the pattern repeated throughout the Book of Acts.

Be Baptized in Jesus' Name
Acts 2:38; Acts 4:12
Be baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, just as the apostles preached and practiced.

Receive the Holy Ghost
Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44–46
Be filled with the Spirit of God, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
